Adelaide Hills, Mount Lofty Ranges, Adelaide, South Australia, AustraliaThis Adelaide Hills blend has pronounced blueberry, cassis and licorice aromas streaked with peppery, tobacco, smoky vanilla and some coffee notes. It's a dry red with elegant style and fairly high acidity. The tannins are light but lean. Cassis, coffee, spicy, peppery, smoky vanilla flavours highlight the flavours with a streak of green bean cassis in the finish. Still young but it should soften with 2 to 3 years of bottle ageing.
