Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThis is 100 per cent pinot gris from Montague Vineyard. Very leesy, nutty, earthy, red apple skin with some pear and butter. Round, soft and elegant with buttery, lees, mineral, baked pear and quince flavours with some lemon notes. Nice length on the finish with good acidity with a hint of alcohol and bitterness.
