Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaOld Vines Riesling comes off 25 year old vines in Seeger Vineyard. The nose is very floral with flecks of petrol, ripe red apple, and peach and honey aromas. Very dry, delicate, elegant structure with big mineral, slate, lime, red apple flavours and a touch of smokiness. A slightly more austere style but very well balanced -- classic Saar style.
