Alto Valle del Río Negro, Rio Negro, Patagonia, ArgentinaVery spicy, peppery, black cherry orange rind aromas with a strong earthy, compost streak. Rich, ripe and very dry with some rustic tannin. Big cooked black cherry, black licorice, herbal, peppery, earthy flavours. Very hot and rustic but flavourful.
