Abruzzo, ItalyThe entire estate, now totalling 129 acres - including superb olive groves - is 100% organically cultivated, producing a maximum 1.8 kilos per vine. Look for a spicy, peppery, vanilla, mocha, resiny, black cherry, gamey, licorice aromas. Rich, round, ripe and intense with grainy tannins. Huge peppery, cherry jam, spicy, mocha, cassis, licorice flavours. A bit hot and rustic but very intense and young with potential to age 2-4 years.
