The nose has a clean intense spicy, white pepper, black raspberry jam aroma with gamy/licorice notes. The entry is soft, dry and round with fresh black raspberry, licorice, plum jam, peppery pudding flavours. Fresh, dry Euro-style but great flavour and fine acidity. Great flank steak or lamb sausage match.
