Loire, FranceThe outcome of two years of studies and tests, Sushiwine produced in the Loire Valley is the passion of Bernard Germain owner of Vignobles Germain & Associés. Germain designed the wine with the "blessing" of major Japanese chefs. We like the mineral, lees, grassy, green apple skin aromas and flavours with sweet peachy undertones. It fresh round and rich on entry with obvious sweetness and good acidity.
