Margaret River, Western Australia, AustraliaMocha, coffee, peppery, cassis jam with spicy clove vanilla streaks and a touch of volatility. Rich, round, concentrated palate with noticeable tannins. Very warm (alcoholic) on the palate with more coffee, vanilla, cassis and spicy white pepper flavours. Will require three to five years more time in bottle to really fill out.
