Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon 2001
California, United StatesThe majority of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that make up the 2001 vintage are grown in Paso Robles along California's Central Coast. Look for mocha, leather, peppery, cassis jam aromas with a touch of green bean and olive. It's fairly soft, round, smooth on the palate with fresh cherry, cassis, spicy, vanilla, coffee flavours. Quite dry and acidic in the finish with a big whack of black currant.Tasted: 30 June 2004Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $29.95 | 750ml |
