South Eastern Australia, AustraliaThis mostly Upper Hunter chardonnay with some fruit from Adelaide Hills and Strathbogie has a leesy, baked apple, pear, spicy honey aroma with an undercurrent of mango. Rich, round, elegant but certainly not fat. We like the spicy, citrus, honey, creamy vanilla lees flavours and the fine baked apple, nutty finish.
