Jaime Ségu Cabernet Sauvignon Unfiltered 2001
Valle del Maule, Region del Valle Central, ChileDark cherry colour. Very minty, cassis, chocolate mocha notes on the nose mixed with cedar, vanilla and spicy cinnamon. It is very rich, round and concentrated with smooth, ripe tannins. Big chocolate, spicy, peppery, minty, cassis and blackberry flavours with vanilla and clove on the finish. It's a bit hot (alcoholic) but has great intensity and will improve over the next one to three years.
