Villa Delia Bambolo 1998
Bolgheri, Tuscany, ItalyBambolo is an unusual mix of 40/40/10/10 sangiovese / cabernet sauvignon / merlot / pinot noir all grown at the 22-hectare Villa Delia estate. The 1998 has a very firm structure with a savoury nose and firm acidity. On the palate is a touch more generous with some vanilla and more savoury fruit. Fine weight and length but will need more time to soften up.
