Central Coast, California, United StatesGamey, grilled meat, peppery, roasted bell pepper, cassis, and green bean aromas with smoky vanilla undertones. Round, smooth, suave entry but a bit alcoholic and acidic. Rich peppery, spicy, grilled mushroom, meaty, cassis flavours with a bit of chocolate and vanilla. Lots of intensity and smooth but still young and out of balance. The blend is 69 per cent syrah and 31 per cent cabernet sauvignon.
