Look for a peppery, coffee, saddle leather, licorice nose with gamey, bell pepper, plum and clove aromas. Rich, smooth and concentrated with vanilla, coffee, peppery, leather, plum jam flavours and a licorice, cedar finish. Good intensity and balance if a bit herbaceous.
