South Australia, AustraliaThe Greg Norman sparkler is a non-vintage blend of 57 percent chardonnay and 43 percent pinot noir all hand-picked from vineyards within Adelaide Hills, Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale. Cashew, creamy lees, green apple, citrus nose with some pear streaks. It's bottle-fermented using traditional Champagne methods and aged 24 months prior to disgorgement. Look for a crisp, fresh sparkler that is well balanced with a fine elegant mousse. Slightly sweet with citrus, baked apple, nutty, creamy strawberry flavours. Long citrus, nutty green apple finish and good clean acidity.
