Limestone Coast, South Australia, AustraliaThe blend is 86/14 blend of cabernet sauvignon / merlot is a mix of Coonawarra and Padthaway fruit with the majority coming out of Coonawarra. Look for quite a peppery licorice, saddle leather cassis nose with strong cigar tobacco streaks. The entry is somewhat lean with peppery, earthy, cassis and vanilla flavours with a smoky, vanilla, tobacco finish. Definitely cool climate fruit and structure with a tight, lean finish.
