Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceHand picked and partially barrel fermented by Michel gassier this has a big honey, spicy, lemon, quince nose with some mineral and baked pear aromas. Rich round and dry with some oily textures it is full of spicy, honey, apricot, buttery vanilla flavours with some toasted orange notes. Good acidity, fresh if a bit alcoholic.
