Château de Nages Cuvée Joseph Torres Rouge (Syrah) 2000
Costières de Nîmes, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceMarmalade black raspberry and touch of prune mark this expressive syrah nose flecked with pepper, coffee and mocha. On the palate there are big sausage savoury meaty flavours with substantial dry tannins in the finish. It needs time or a big meat dish to smooth out the rough edges.
