Gimblett Gravels, Hawkes Bay, North Island, New ZealandDark cherry colour. Smoky, clove, roasted bell pepper, burned mocha, spicy, leafy cassis aromas. Rich and round but very dry and somewhat acidic. Very smoky, oaky, mocha, roasted pepper, cassis, tobacco flavours.
