Alsace, FranceOpen enticing slate, honey, pear aromas with some citrus and apple notes. Rich, ripe, round and fat with nice acidity. Big flinty mineral, orange, baked pear flavours with butter honey and flavours. Long, intense and ripe but crisp on the finish. Try with scallops or prawns in a butter, anise citrus sauce.
