Pierre Sparr Pinot Blanc Reserve 2002
Alsace, FranceImpressive mineral, chalky, citrus, quince aromas with some floral notes. Moderately rich and round yet quite elegant with plenty of baked pear, quince, mineral and citrus flavours. Good acidity, dry and fresh with a long apple finish. Well done. Will match all type of fish or just to sip. Excellent effort.Tasted: 02 April 2004Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $17.90 | 750ml | Specialty |
