Victoria, AustraliaIndelible is one hundred per cent shiraz equally sourced from Bendigo and Great Western. We love the dark cherry colour and the rich spicy, tobacco, saddle leather nose streaked with plum jam, mint, vanilla, sage, cardamom and coffee. The entry is warm, round and supple with some tannin. The flavours intense white pepper, vanilla, creamy, black cherry and plum with a coffee, leather earthy finish. Fine fruit and finesse if a touch hot and acidic.
