Navarra and Basque Country, SpainColección 125 Reserva is the best tempranillo (80%), merlot and cabernet sauvignon from the Arínzano estate. Look for smoky, mineral, peppery, sweaty saddle, cassis nose with some green olive and green bean notes. Dry, lean, tannic entry with high acidity. Green sawdust, smoky, vanilla, prune, cassis flavours with olive and bell pepper. Needs a few years.
