Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileThe Casillero merlot comes out of Rapel with a minty, peppery, savoury, sausage meat nose and some hints of cherry. It's soft, smooth and round on entry with light tannins. Cherry, cassis and spice preview its minty, herbal, peppery flavours and dry finish.
