Quebec, CanadaThis is a strong ale, 9% alcohol, fermented on lees in the bottle. Fine pale, creamy head, very persistent. Ultra spicy, malty, fruity, earthy floral hops nose. Round, fresh, elegant and a bit sweet with very malty, toffee, spicy, floral fruity hop flavours. Clean malty, spicy toffee finish, nice acidity. A great food beer for stews or spicy curry.
