Central Coast, California, United StatesThe Talomas blend 83/17 chardonnay/viognier hits all the right buttons as do the low yields fruit sources: 64% Monterey, 22% Santa Maria Valley and 14% Sonoma County. Look for an intense gardenia, honey, peach, mineral, buttery melon nose, very attractive. Dry, round, fresh palate with juicy red apple, buttery vanilla, peach, floral, citrus, honey flavours. Lots of flavour, nicely balanced with a long, dry mineral, honey finish.
