Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBin 537 is a single-vineyard wine (Osprey) whose grapes come from the Oliver area. The nose is mix of stewed tomato, pepper, smoke, leather and vanilla. It is soft, sweet and smooth on the palate with spicy, cherry, dried tomato/cedar and vanilla flavours.
