Rich, round, dry and elegant with light, dry tannins and a touch of austereness. Very peppery, spicy, vanilla, black cherry, liquorice, rootsy, tobacco flavours and sweet vanilla finish. Young and warm so best served now with a pork roast or grilled veal chop or wait 5 years. A blend of new world, Bordeaux and Douro styling.
