Dogliani, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyDogliani is a historic dolcetto country and most likely the spot where the variety originated. Einaudi's was the first estate ever to produce and bottle under the appellation. We like the meaty, gamey, cherry, peppery rose petal nose and dry and round textures replete with tart cherry, almond, gamey, cherry flavours and some licorice and earth on the finish.
