Carneros, Napa Valley, California, United StatesOvation is 100 per cent Carneros chardonnay with just over half coming off the Phelps Los Carneros vineyard. Look for a spicy, smoky, toasted lees nose with honey, melon, mineral and cashew streaks. Ripe, round and elegant with buttery, vanilla, mineral, citrus, honey flavours and a butterscotch, floral, lees finish.
