Alentejo, Central and Southern Portugal, PortugalSpicy, resiny, meaty, earthy aromas with hints of black cherry jam and black plum. Soft, round, dry textures with a touch of tannin. Good spicy, gamey, liquorice, black cherry flavours with a smoky, tobacco finish.
