Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesBell pepper, mint, peppery, tarry nose streaked with cardamom and cassis aroma. Hot, round, smooth palate with light tannins. Lots of chocolate, vanilla, peppery, minty, black cherry flavours but not strong on fruit.
