Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Penedès, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainLook for a creamy mineral, green apple citrus-scented sparkler with a nutty edge. The taste profile is similar with fresh green apple, mineral nutty flavours. It's a touch foamy with a baked apple/pear finish but otherwise this is a solid, sippable sparkler that is just a touch sweeter and lighter than the Cordon Negro.
