Saint Vincent Cabernet Franc 2000
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFine peppery, cigar tobacco, spicy, black cherry jam aromas with some smoky, tarry notes. Very dry, round, structure with light, astringent tannins. More pepper with black cherry, cranberry and smoky earth flavours with a cedar-y finish gives this wine a true cabernet franc personality. Good fruit and varietal character but still a touch out of balance.
