Kim Crawford Pinot Noir 2003
Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandSmoky, leafy, dill, cranberry nose -- not very pinot-like. Soft, dry, round, elegant style with canned bell pepper, minty, sour cherry flavours with a bit of smoky vanilla. Obvious acidity on a finish that is smooth but much greener than the 2002. Disappointing.Tasted: 18 February 2004Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $23.99 | 750ml | Speculative - Atlas Wine Merchants |
