Kettle Valley Gewurztraminer 2002

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA blend of stainless steel and partial barrel fermented fruit in older barrels. Big lychee, mineral, floral, soapy, peach nose with a touch of butter. Round, elegant, slightly sweet entry with good acidity. Strong mineral, lychee, green peach flavours with a spicy, meaty finish. It's a bit warm (alcoholic) and not inexpensive but we like the wine.Tasted: 23 February 2004Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
