Grand Luberon Cuvee 2001 2001

Côtes du Lubéron, Provence, Sud de France, FranceMeaty, gamey, garrigue nose with black cherry black raspberry jam and lots of spicy pepper notes. Dry, smooth, hot entry with intense black raspberry jam, peppery, licorice, garrigue flavours. Big fruit, some dry tannins to shed but lots of intensity. Think game dishes. The blend is 70/30 syrah grenache.Tasted: 18 February 2004Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
