Penedès, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainBrut nature is only produced in selected years and is a blend of 40/30/30 macabeo / parellada / xarello-lo. Very nutty, toasted almond, mineral, baked pear aromas. Dry, lean, very crisp dry style with lots of toasty, nutty, mineral, citrus flavours and a citrus butter finish. Quite refined and elegant but definitely a drier style.
