Bava Cocconato Thou Bianc Chardonnay 2002
Piedmont, ItalyThou Bianc (white tufa in Piedmontese dialect) comes off two vineyards: Neive in Langhe and Moncalvo in Monferrato. Look for a pronounced lemon oil, leesy, mineral, garlic butter aroma with some herbaceous notes. Very dry, lean entry with tart acidity. Mineral, green apple skin, lime rind flavours and a very dry, citric finish.
