Sherry Jerez - Manzanilla, SpainA blend of palomino, pedro ximénez and moscatel grapes. Quite dark mahogany in colour, truly walnut brown. Very open, spicy, minty, fruity, pear, Christmas cake, nutty, buttery aromas. What a difference the moscatel and pedro can make. Elegant, round, soft style with medium sweetness. Good toffee, spicy, raisiny, fig, mineral buttery flavours, quite fruity and intense.
