Virna Barolo Reserva Preda Sarmassa 1997

Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyA blend of two vineyards, Preda and Sarmassa. Wet tobacco, earthy, roasted coffee, peppery, prune licorice aromas with floral rose-scented notes. Very smooth and rich with ripe, dry tannins. Lots of coffee, tobacco, peppery, black cherry jam, licorice flavours and lively acidity on the finish.
