Sumac Ridge Sauvignon Blanc Private Reserve 2002
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaVanilla, buttered-popcorn, grapefruit and green melon aromas with a floral undercurrent. Warm, oily, soft entry with sweet vanilla, buttery, spicy oak flavours and some grapefruit, grassy melon notes at the end. We like the rind flavoured finish and round textures but we would love to see just a little less oak in the aftertaste.Tasted: 16 January 2004Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $16.99 | 750ml | VQA Wine Stores |
