Puglia, ItalyMade from hand-pick, 30 year old negroamaro grapes planted to high density. Look for a savoury, gamey, prune nose streaked with licorice and dried figs. Very soft and round on the palate with big spicy, peppery, chocolate mocha and Christmas cake flavours.
