Hacienda Monasterio Crianza 2000

Ribera del Duero, Castilla-Leon, SpainHacienda Monasterio is a relatively young estate directed by Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck. Smoke pepper and black cherry jam aromas mixed with vanilla/leather aromas and a touch of barnyard. Rich round and moderately concentrated. Very spicy, peppery, cherry, black plum flavours with licorice root, vanilla and coffee on the finish.
