Sherry Jerez - Manzanilla, SpainSpicy, raisiny, gunpowder, slightly rancio nose with a hint of cherry and fig. Quite sweet with good acidity but a touch sharp. Elegant entry with very raisiny, buttery, rancio, walnut soy flavours. Nice and fresh but quite sweet.
