Burgoyne Valley, Salt Spring Island, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThere's a touch of burnt match stick on the nose followed by mineral, floral, baked apple aromas. Round, elegant, dry, mineral, citrus flavoured white with ripe apple and green peach in the finish. Crisp if light in the finish but sound and flavourful.
