Yecla, Valencia and Murcia, SpainBlack cherry, licorice and spicy/gamey aromas with a hint of black olive and cassis. Rich, round, slightly chunky entry with grainy tannins. You'll love the black cherry jam, licorice cassis, and peppery flavours with a somewhat dry, tannic finish. Young yet rich it should improve in the bottle over the next year or two but will be great with just about any grilled meat now.
