Sicily, ItalyAngimbé takes its name from the forest that borders the town of Salemi and is a 70/30 blend of inzolia/chardonnay with a distinctive anise and creamy lees nose with pear, apple skin and lemon oil aromas. Dry, slightly lean structure but elegant with nutty, oily, spicy, lemon, quince, and mineral flavours.
