Great Southern, Western Australia, AustraliaA blend of cabernet sauvignon, malbec, merlot and cab franc from Frankland River area. Spicy, saddle leather, peppery, black olive, coffee vanilla aromas wit some blackberry jam, cassis and cherry fruit. Dry, round, slightly tannic entry with some smoothness. Big herbal cassis, peppery, coffee, black olive flavours with some tobacco and blackberry on the finish. Somewhat lean and tight on the finish with some noticeable acidity. Needs 2-3 years to fully round out.
