Verona, Veneto, ItalyVajo is super-Venetian blend of 60/25/15 corvina/merlot/cabernet Sauvignon. Look for a pruny, spicy, vanilla, tea, nutty licorice aromas with some port-like, black cherry notes. Rich, round, dry and somewhat creamy with ripe, dry tannins. Very spicy, peppery, cardamom, clove vanilla black cherry jam flavours. Nice intensity and balance, very spicy clove finish. A bit short and acidic on the finish.
